THE BEGINNING

Foundation as FONDERIA FARABOLINI, in a context of strong metallurgical tradition.

CALDAROLA LOCATION

Change of corporate structure: FONDERIA FARABOLINI SpA is born. Transfer to the current headquarters in Caldarola (MC) on an area of 60,000 m² (10,000 m² covered).

1979

2000

NAME CHANGE

The company changes its name and becomes LEAD TIME SpA. Start of a new phase with design assistance, structural calculation and CNC/CAD machining.

Acquisition

Acquisition by ENZO SPEZIANI and FONDERIE GUIDO GLISENTI SpA. End of gray cast iron production and hand moulding department. Enhancement of spheroidal iron castings.

2003

2003–Today

INVESTMENTS

Complete renovation and restructuring of the plant: investments of more than 40 million euros by the new owners.
